Jiro Dreams of Sushi is a documentary film that follows Jiro Ono, an 85-year-old sushi master in Tokyo who owns a Michelin three-star restaurant. The film explores Jiro's relentless pursuit of perfection in his sushi making, as well as his complex relationship with his two sons who are also sushi chefs.
