Born in 1955, he is an American filmmaker, voice actor, and conservationist. As a child, he voiced Mowgli in Disney's "The Jungle Book" (1967) and Christopher Robin in "Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree" (1966). Son of Disney animator Wolfgang Reitherman, he later pursued a degree in Natural Resources from the University of California, Berkeley. Transitioning to a career behind the camera, he became a wildlife documentarian, working on projects for National Geographic and other nature-focused productions.
