In a future where the polar ice caps have melted and Earth is almost entirely covered in water, a lone hero navigates the vast ocean on a floating city in search of dry land. Along the way, he encounters various dangers and challenges, including a group of ruthless pirates who will stop at nothing to control the remaining resources on the planet.
