The Wolfpack chronicles the lives of the Angulo brothers, six siblings who grow up inside a Lower East Side tenement while shaping their own cinematic universe. Isolated from peers and the outside world by their mother, they study and imitate favorite films, building elaborate sets and rehearsing sequences in secret. Crystal Moselle’s intimate camera captures their stubborn resilience, curiosity, and the moment cinema becomes their only escape and identity. The film meditates on how confinement shapes imagination and the cost of curiosity.
