Set in a dystopian future after a global economic collapse, 'The Rover' follows the journey of a hardened loner named Eric. After his car is stolen by a gang of thieves, Eric sets out across the desolate Australian outback to retrieve it. Along the way, he reluctantly teams up with a wounded and naive young man named Rey, who was left behind by the gang. The film explores themes of survival, morality, and the human condition in a harsh, unforgiving environment.
