The Ramen Girl follows an American woman who finds herself stranded in Tokyo after a breakup. She decides to become an apprentice at a local ramen shop to find her purpose and meaning in life. Through the mentorship of the shop's cantankerous owner, she learns about the art of making ramen and discovers the importance of perseverance and self-discovery.
