The Innocents is a 2016 French film based on true events, set in post-World War II Poland. The story follows a young French Red Cross doctor who is sent to assist a group of nuns during a crisis at their convent. As she uncovers dark secrets and struggles with her own beliefs, the doctor is faced with difficult moral decisions that will change her life forever.
