Small Soldiers is a 1998 science fiction action film centered around the conflict between two factions of sentient action figures: the heroic Gorgonites and the warlike Commando Elite. When a defense contractor designs these toys with advanced military technology, they come to life and initiate a battle in a suburban neighborhood. As the toys wreak havoc, a young boy teams up with the Gorgonites to stop the Commando Elite's destructive mission.
