In a dystopian future, artificial organs are available to those who can afford them. The story follows Remy, a top repo man whose job is to reclaim organs from clients who fail to pay. After an accident, Remy finds himself in debt with a heart replacement and on the run from his former partner, Jake. As Remy struggles with his new reality, he joins fellow fugitive Beth to fight against the corporation that once employed him, challenging the ethics of their business.
