Hush is a 2016 horror thriller film directed by Mike Flanagan. The film follows Maddie Young, a deaf and mute writer who lives in a secluded house in the woods. Her peaceful existence is shattered when a masked killer appears at her window. Unable to hear his movements, Maddie must rely on her other senses to outsmart the intruder and survive the night. The tension builds as she uses her intellect and resourcefulness to fight back.
