Garfield: The Movie is a live-action/computer-animated comedy film based on Jim Davis's comic strip. The story follows Garfield, a lazy and sarcastic cat, who lives with his owner Jon Arbuckle. Garfield’s comfortable life is disrupted when Jon adopts Odie, a lovable but dim-witted dog. As Garfield schemes to get rid of Odie, he inadvertently puts him in danger. Realizing his mistake, Garfield sets out on a rescue mission, learning lessons about friendship and loyalty along the way.
