Couples Retreat follows four couples as they travel to a tropical island resort for a therapy retreat. While the couples initially think they are there to work on their relationships, they soon realize that the resort's unconventional methods may not be what they signed up for. As tensions rise and secrets are revealed, the couples must confront their issues head-on or risk losing everything.
