Bolt is a 2008 animated adventure film that follows the story of a dog named Bolt, who has spent his entire life on the set of a television series, believing that his superpowers are real. When he is accidentally shipped from his Hollywood soundstage to New York City, he embarks on a journey across the country to reunite with his owner, Penny. Throughout his journey, Bolt discovers that he doesn't need superpowers to be a hero and learns about friendship and self-discovery.
