Born in 1972 in Tehran, Iran, she is best known for her role as the Childlike Empress in the 1984 film "The NeverEnding Story." After gaining fame as a child actress, she shifted her focus away from Hollywood, pursuing a career in theater and dance. She co-founded the dance company Shoehorn Theater and later Paper Canoe Company, which creates family-friendly content. In addition to her artistic endeavors, she has taught dance and continues to engage in creative projects.
