Ric O'Barry
Ric O'Barry is not primarily known as a film actor but as a renowned dolphin trainer and activist. He gained fame in the 1960s for training dolphins for the popular TV series "Flipper." However, he later became an advocate against dolphin captivity, dedicating his life to marine mammal protection. O'Barry founded the Dolphin Project and was featured in the Academy Award-winning documentary "The Cove," which exposed the dolphin hunting practices in Taiji, Japan.
