Peter Weller
An American actor and director, born in 1947, he gained fame for his role as the titular character in the 1987 sci-fi film "RoboCop" and its sequel. He studied at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and holds a degree in Roman and Renaissance Art from Syracuse University. His career spans film, television, and stage, with notable appearances in "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai" and "Naked Lunch." Beyond acting, he has directed TV episodes and holds a Ph.D. in Italian Renaissance Art History.
