Pedro Armendáriz
Born on May 9, 1912, in Mexico City, he became one of the most prominent figures in Mexican cinema's Golden Age. He studied engineering at the California Polytechnic State University but was drawn to acting. His rugged charm and versatility led to roles in films like "María Candelaria" and "La Perla." He also appeared in Hollywood productions, including "Fort Apache." He was known for his collaborations with director Emilio Fernández and actress Dolores del Río. He passed away on June 18, 1963.
