Born on October 26, 1977, in Fort Collins, Colorado, he is an American actor and producer best known for his breakout role in the 2004 indie comedy "Napoleon Dynamite," where his quirky performance gained a cult following. Raised in a Mormon family, he attended Brigham Young University, where he met director Jared Hess. His filmography includes roles in "Blades of Glory," "The Benchwarmers," and voice work in "Surf's Up."
